The Mac Pro is a new desktop computer from Apple announced June 3, 2019. It is the next generation of the Mac Pro line and will be available this fall. The new Mac Pro will feature Xeon processors up to 28 cores, 1.5 TB capacity memory system, and optional Apple Afterburner – an accelerator card that enables playback of three streams of 8K ProRes RAW video simultaneously.
