Operating at 7200 rpm, the G-DRIVE Pro is capable of transfer speeds up to 250 MB/s. Connect via two Thunderbolt 3 ports or a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port. The rugged aluminum housing ensures durability. The G-DRIVE Pro features an external power supply and is preformatted for use with mac OS 10.12 and later and Apple Time Machine. It can be reformatted to work with the Windows 10 operating system or Windows Backup.
